glamlust is a private company that comes under the laws of India. When you visit our website or buy something from our store, you agree to the terms set out in this agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms set in this agreement. When we do so, we will update this page and mark the date when updates were made.
General Conditions:
You may not use our products to conduct any illegal or unauthorised activity that violates laws in your jurisdiction. For example, you may not reproduce, copy, or resell our product, marketing, copywriting, images, video and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse orders you place with us. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Pricing:
We price our products with a lot of thought and rarely change them. We reserve the right to update and discontinue prices based on our discretion. When we update a product's price, this website will reflect the current price. Discontinued products may no longer appear on the website.
Delivery and Shipping:
We offer to ship to most locations in India. We usually dispatch products in stock within one business day from placing your order. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you of the estimated shipping time on the website before you place your order. There is a nominal charge for Cash on Delivery if your PIN code is supported. If you reject a confirmed COD order, we will be unable to serve you in the future. If our logistics partner supports it, we will send you an email with a link where you can track your order. Due to external factors, shipping time is not guaranteed. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable.
Gift cards and Rewards:
A gift card and reward credit may be issued only directly from us. The recipient will receive an email notification containing a unique code. Each gift card has a balance, which applies a credit towards the final purchase when used during checkout. This code is meant for the recipient only and should not be shared. The gift card is usable only on purchases made in our store and valid for one year from the date of issue. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel issued gift cards if the system is used for spam or abuse.
Warranty and Returns:
We offer product exchanges and returns within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pick-up, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Products marked as Final Sale can not be returned or exchanged once delivered. Products marked as Sample units may have minor glitches, e.g. loose threads, regular stitching or negligible fit differences.
A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 14 calendar days or used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable, and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorised inbound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
All refunds are made to the original mode of payment, except for Cash on Delivery orders. COD orders are refunded to the customers' bank accounts.
If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email from the email you placed the order with. We small businesses can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.
